I'm 52 and still work out a lot. I was looking for a bra for the rest of the day that's just as comfortable as a sports bra but looks nicer. This is it. Enough support, natural shape, and white stays white after washing.
Size 2XL+ and finally a bra where the side is high enough. Nothing bulges out under my armpits. The cups are roomy but still give shape. Beige is a nice neutral. I hesitated a bit about the price but it's worth it.
I'm 64 and have trouble with my shoulders. These wide straps really make a difference, nothing digs in anymore. Putting it on works over the head or with the little clasp in back, both easy. I have three of them now.
