Monavida's mobile messaging service (the "Service") is operated by Monavida ("Monavida," "we," or "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms ("Mobile Terms"). We may change or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent allowed by applicable law, we may change these Mobile Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service after the effective date of such changes means you accept them.
By opting in to Monavida's SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Monavida through your mobile carrier to the mobile number you provided, even if that number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (for example, order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, special offers, and other marketing messages (for example, cart reminders).
You understand that you don't need to sign up for this program to make purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase at Monavida. Participation in this program is entirely voluntary.
We don't charge for the Service, but you're responsible for any costs and fees related to text messages that your mobile carrier charges. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your mobile carrier for details. You're solely responsible for all costs related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your mobile carrier.
You can unsubscribe from the Service at any time. Text the single keyword STOP to Monavida, or click the unsubscribe link (if available) in a text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time confirmation text of your unsubscription. After that, no further messages will be sent to your mobile device unless initiated by you. If you're subscribed to other Monavida mobile messaging programs and want to cancel them, you must, except where applicable law requires otherwise, unsubscribe separately from those programs by following the instructions in their respective mobile terms.

We may change the shortcode or phone number used to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of such changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including STOP or HELP requests, that you send to a changed shortcode or phone number may not be received, and we are not responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
The mobile carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you must re-register for the program with your new number.
To the extent allowed by applicable law, you agree that we are not liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of information sent through the Service, any errors in that information, and/or any action you take or don't take based on the information or the Service.
