At Monavida, we strive for sustainable and efficient shipping. That’s why we ship your order directly from our international warehouse. 🚚 Free Shipping in the Netherlands and Belgium
We offer free shipping on all orders within the Netherlands and Belgium—no minimum order value required! Your order will be delivered straight to your doorstep.
⏱️ Processing Time & Package Tracking
All orders are processed immediately upon receipt and shipped within 1–3 business days from our warehouse. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code so you can easily follow your package.
In most cases, you’ll receive this code shortly after placing your order. If it takes a bit longer, you’ll receive the code within 2 days at the latest. This way, you're always fully informed about the status of your order.
📅 Delivery Time
Our standard delivery time is 7–14 business days. We do our utmost to deliver your order within this timeframe. In rare cases—such as during holidays, vacations, or extreme weather conditions—delivery can take up to 28 days. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed about your order's progress.
📝 Accurate Delivery Information
To ensure smooth delivery, please make sure your shipping details are complete and accurate. If there’s a mistake, let us know as soon as possible at info@monavida.nl so we can correct the information and ensure successful delivery.
❌ Order Cancellation
Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel an order after it has been placed, as it is processed and shipped immediately from our warehouse. However, you do have a right of withdrawal up to 30 days from the day you received your product(s). If you ordered multiple products in one order, the 30-day period starts from the day the last product is delivered.

Is your package marked as delivered but you haven’t received it?

🔍 Lost Shipment
We're sorry to hear there’s an issue with your order. Please contact us as soon as possible via info@monavida.nl so we can work together on a suitable solution. If you report that you have not received your order even though the Track & Trace indicates it was delivered, we will initiate an investigation in line with our standard procedures.
