Ordering & Delivery
Q: When can I expect my order?
A: The average delivery time is 7–14 days, as our products are shipped directly from our distribution center.
Q: The expected delivery time has passed—where is my order?!
A: In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected timeframe. However, delays can occasionally occur during the shipping process. You can check the status of your order via the following link: [here].
If you haven’t received anything 3 days after the expected delivery time, please contact us.
Q: I’m missing some items from my order. What happened?
A: Since we work with multiple suppliers, items may be shipped separately. If part of your order is missing, the remaining items will usually arrive within 2–3 days.
We apologize for the inconvenience.
Q: What are the shipping costs?
A: We cover all shipping costs ourselves.*
Exchanges & Returns
Q: I’m not satisfied with my order—can I return it?
A: Yes, you can return any order within 30 days without giving a reason.
Q: I want to return an item. What should I do?
A: If you're not satisfied with your order, you may exchange or return it within 30 days of receiving it. Products must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and labels attached. The item must show no signs of use.
All returns must include a Track & Trace code. The sender is always responsible for the shipment.
Once we’ve received your return, we’ll refund the purchase amount to your account within 14 days.

Track & Trace
Q: Where can I find my Track & Trace code?
A: After placing your order, you’ll receive an email containing your Track & Trace code. With this, you can enter your email address and order number to track your package.
Q: My Track & Trace code isn’t showing any information. Why?
A: Track & Trace information becomes available once your package has been received by the shipping carrier. Please note there might be a short delay before it appears.
